This year at the annual conference we will be hosting a cracker barrel event. This event will allow you to give a presentation on your product or any issue concerning your product. The event will run from 3PM to 5PM on Sunday May 11^th.

Cracker Barrel Session:

The Building Officials Association of Georgia would like to offer you the opportunity to present a Cracker Barrel session on Sunday, May 11^th, 2008 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. during BOAG’s Annual Conference.  As a Cracker Barrel presenter, expect to present a technical or administrative session for 20 minutes, four separate times with a 10-minute break between sessions. CEU’s will be presented to the participants.

If you are interested in being a Cracker Barrel presenter please confirm via e-mail to gwengle@co.dekalb.ga.us  by April 15, 2005. There is no cost for this event to the vendors. When selecting a Cracker Barrel title, choose a catchy entertaining title. For example, Gregory Keith is presenting "Throw out the bath water — keep the baby."

Cracker Barrel Description:

BOAG’s Cracker Barrel event is a round table discussion featuring 20+ topics involving groups of five to 10 people each. Conference attendees have the opportunity to learn about several subjects in a lively, interactive setting. A Cracker Barrel presenter gives a short presentation and chairs a brief discussion. After 20 minutes, a bell rings and participants move on to another table and select a new topic. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in four different sessions. Complimentary beverages are available during this casual and informal event.

Please respond no later than April 15^th so that all necessary materials may be prepared and together we can make this an informative and fun event.
